Surfboard Delivery: Boards are pick up only at the moment so sorry no postage..

Surfboard deliveries are usually next day delivery once your board is ready, priced at £40 for most UK mainland locations. We can also supply boardbags and leashes.

Your board will be insured against damage so it MUST be checked thoroughly BEFORE you sign for it. There is nothing we can do if you have signed for your board and then find it is damaged..

If you find your board has been damaged during delivery as long as you haven't signed for it you can get it repaired and send us the receipt to claim back a refund for the repair.

We would always recommend you come to Bude to pick up your board which will enable you to meet the shaper Steve James who can answer any questions about the making of your board and you will go away with a full understanding of your surfboard.

Postage for hoodies, T's, caps, rack pads ect, is as cheap as we can do it inc packaging. We do our best to get orders in the post asap so you should receive your item within a couple of days of your purchase. If you do not please email or phone.

Returns: All our items are checked for quality or damage before posting, if you have selected a wrong size we will exchange it providing it comes back as we sent it, undamaged and does not smell of pets, smoke, perfume etc! We can not refund postage costs.

When adding items to the shopping cart you will notice the postage going up, for a couple of items this is fine but if you are ordering a few things and think the postage is too high please contact us so we can get a better price for you.
