Surfboard Delivery:

Surfboard deliveries are usually next day delivery priced at £40 for most UK mainland locations. We post through a local surf shop who can also supply boardbags, leashes, wax etc.

Your board will be insured against damage so it MUST be checked thoroughly BEFORE you sign for it. There is nothing we can do if you have signed for your board and then find it is damaged..

If you find your board has been damaged during delivery as long as you haven't signed for it you can get it repaired and send us the receipt to claim back a refund for the repair.

We would always recommend you come to Bude to pick up your board which will enable you to meet the shaper Steve James who can answer any questions about the making of your board and you will go away with a full understanding of your surfboard.

Postage for hoodies, T's, caps, rack pads, ect is free so the price you see on the site is the total, there are no hidden charges! We post all our items second class so you should receive your item within a couple of days of your purchase. If you do not check out our contact page to see notes!

Returns: All our items are checked for quality or damage before posting, if you have selected a wrong size we will exchange it providing it comes back as we sent it, undamaged and does not smell of pets, smoke, perfume etc!
